Square N Compass, Inc is a non profit company that utilizes social events as a vehicle in raising funds
for community service projects and programs. The company's vision is to support the community and invest
in the youth of Arizona. Our goal is to strengthen the community while continuing to bring culture to the
Valley through exposing it to diversity.
Board of Directors and Staff Officers help to faciilitate efffective charitable and community service
activities within the greater Phoenix non-profit community by encouraging better organization and
collaboration between charitable organziations to serve those in need in our community.

Square N Compass Social Club is a fundraising vehicle for the Arizona Prince Hall Masons of King
Solomon Lodge #14. CEO Tim Seay has been a Mason for several years and endeavors to make his
fraternity more recognizable and involved within the community and the state. Each event hosted by the
Social Club is a fundraising effort and serves as an attempt at achieving that goal. Seay and the men of King
Solomon Lodge #14 want to take a more active role in supporting the community and investing in the youth
of Arizona, while simultaneously attracting young community minded men to the fraternity.
Square-N-Compass Members are affiliated with King Solomon Lodge #14.
